UNNECESSARY RAT RACE AND  AMBITIONS ARE A  WASTE OF PRECIOUS TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY...LIFE IS MORE SIMPLE,HAPPY AND BEAUTIFUL AND REQUIRES LESS MONEY  TO ENJOY THE  REAL  BEST  TIMES..
